Michelle is awesome, been buying from Bghydro for a few years online and always very fast shipping and lowest prices. Just placed an order that I needed quick and would have been delayed with a holiday. They upgraded to overnight shipping for free! Who does that? A+++

I ordered some rosin bags on June 12 2026. On June 18, I realized that I didn’t have tracking information for the order so I sent them a email that requested if my order was not sent to refund me the money. They didn’t refund my money and I am still waiting. My request was if they had not sent it to refund the money and they refused. Buyer beware because they will wait a while to send your order

I would like to thank you guys at better grow hydro. I ordered a fluence spydr fang 120 power cord. It got here in 2 days. A lady called me from your company and said she could get the shipping down in price for me. That is great customer service. Next time I need to order any cultivation equipment, I will most definitely order from you guys. Oh yeah my babies appreciate it too.
